Italy is more than classic recipes and a food culture shaped over centuries. It is emotion, passion and a constant discovery of something new.
Italy 2.0 is Olo Collection’s chefs’ vision of what Italy looks like in 2026. For one evening, Scolare brings Olo Collection’s chefs together in the same kitchen – each with their own style and their own answer to the question:
“What does Italy mean to me today?”
This will not be a copy of the past, but the next chapter in Italy’s story – familiar flavours in a new way, bold interpretations and contemporary views of Italian food culture.
One evening. Nine Chef´s. Each chef will create their own moment around Italy. The evening’s special guest is chef Lars Lauton.
