Who could possibly resist fresh truffles? Exactly—no one!
In February, Scolare is the place to be, as we receive a shipment of fresh Périgord black winter truffles directly from the famous Maison Pébeyre truffle estate in southwest France. Each truffle is hand-harvested and inspected, and their exceptional quality is reflected in the name they are known by: the black diamonds of Périgord.
During Truffle Weeks, we will be serving the best truffle risotto in the city, available either as a middle course or as a main course.
In addition, throughout the themed weeks you can add truffle to any dish of your choice for 14€.
