Who could resist fresh truffles? Yes, no one!

In February, head to Scolare with us, because that’s when we’ll have a batch of fresh Périgord black winter truffles in our kitchens, straight from the famous Maison Pébeyre truffle farm in south-west France. Each truffle is hand-picked and inspected, and the quality of these truffles is well illustrated by the fact that they are known as the black diamonds of Périgord.

We have special truffle dishes on our à la carte menu during the theme weeks.
